Help Us Help You: Fraud Detection Monitoring on your VISA Check Card

In order to protect you, Connecticut Labor Department FCU implemented a fraud monitoring service.  This service tracks your transactions. If anything looks out of the ordinary, it will block your card thinking the transaction is fraudulent.  Unfortunately, the system doesn't know if you have the card or if it has been stolen.

If you are going on vacation or making a purchase that is out of the norm for you, please let us know immediately. We can update the system so your vacation plans are not ruined.
